Processing Time
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 2 business days for packaging and processing before shipment.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from KickSac. We encourage you to add your contact information to the postal carrier’s tracking system for instant updates on your package's location as it moves through the shipping process.
Please note that once your package is with the postal service, KickSac is no longer responsible for any lost or delayed shipments. For tracking updates or delays, please contact the postal carrier directly, as they will have the most current information on your package’s status.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. For specific information on delivery options and estimated transit times, please visit the postal carrier's website.
We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate our customers' preferences. Please verify your shipping needs before selecting a method, as delivery times may be longer for certain ZIP codes or remote areas.
Please note that once your package is with the postal carrier, KickSac is not responsible for delivery times or any delays that may occur during transit.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed Shipments
All packages are mailed with a $100 insurance policy to help covers costs in the event of lost shipment per USPS and UPS. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. For any issues with delayed delivery, please contact the postal service directly for assistance.
