Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Schedule
We make one trip per day to the post office at 12:00 PM (noon) for order drop-offs. Orders placed before 11:00 AM will typically be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that once the package is in the possession of the postal service, KickSac is no longer responsible for lost or delayed shipments. For any tracking or shipping delays, please contact the postal carrier directly, as they will have the most up-to-date information on your package's status.
